Supplements & Returns

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on supplements once they have left our facility.

This is standard practice across the supplement industry and ensures that every product you receive is safe, uncontaminated, and handled correctly from production to delivery.

Once an order has been delivered, all supplement sales are considered final.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and outer packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non refundable unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are set by local authorities and are non refundable.
